Rentway Android
This application features Contract closure, Check-out, Check-in, Damage and Signature capture, Fleet check among others for your car rental business. By checking-in the vehicles through the tablet you will release them from the current contracts and make them available for other contracts, which will maximize your vehicle utilization.
Rentway Kiosk
The Kiosk application allows you to have a “Self-Service” tablet, removing the work of opening a rental agreement at the counter with the customer. Having some tablets available allows the customer to open their rental agreement reducing the queues and speeding up the process of picking up the vehicle.
Web Services and Online Reservations

As a Support Agent you must be customer-oriented, have good technical knowledge, be able to communicate effectively to understand problems and explain solutions. The goal is to create value for clients, offering the best possible experience with our products. The role is based in Jimpisoft HQ (Oeiras, Portugal).
Responsibilities
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via our support portal, over the phone or by email.
You will provide assistance and solve issues reported by customers including:
- Technical issues: database or webservices (API)
- Process doubts: validate actions and/or adjust the system
In order to resolve issues you will be expected to communicate effectively with customers, including:
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
- Follow-up and update customer status and information.
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tech/IT customer support orientated role.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal) is required. French, Spanish or other languages would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control is a plus.
- Hard Skills: IIS Server (Internet Information Services); SQL Server (Store, manage, and retrieve data efficiently in structured formats); Task Scheduler (Automation, Triggers, Flexibility and Customization and – Event Logging). Jira; Microsoft Office.
